It's only a very stupid person that's going to put their work over their family. If you drop dead right now, the company will replace you in max 48 hours.

It was why I blamed Pep Guardiola the manager of Manchester City for making his wife divorce him as a result of being more invested in his job than his family.

It would be awesome! Of course, I work at a place that's open 365 days a year. So, it might not ever work for me.

I am someone who would love to see the working week drop from 5 days to 4. I know there are places that are trialling I,t but it would be good to see 3 days off for most instead of 4 days off, I feel that would help a lot.

Heck I see everyone on their phone everywhere these days. Security, police, fast food workers, Walmart cashiers...

Well, that's a good thing, and I'm sure you also spend good time with your family because family is very important in life. However, most people don't understand this and just focus on work.

    Is it too much?

Is our time with our family, friends, and loved ones too little? Especially with the rise of social media?

Would a four day work week fit better and give us a little but more time to be with those we love? Could it save marriages? Could it foster better parenthood?

Or should we remain as it is and keep working for the machine 5 days a week. What is it that's more important than our families?
I wish I could share your post with my boss because he is not happy with our 5-day work routine. He always scolded us that you guys are not taking care of my company, or he also wants to increase our working hours.

I am thinking of switching my Job to another It company. Due to this workload, I have lost my girlfriend because I couldn't wish her on her special day on time. Not again.

After finishing my office work, I get very tired and am not in the mood to talk to anyone. By the way, you are also an independent person?
What do you do to have to work that much?
