What's your go-to dinner for a high-protein meal? I love making buffalo pasta with chicken. I prepare it from scratch, using low-fat, high-protein ingredients. For the noodles, I use protein-packed penne pasta—it tastes amazing!
Vegetarian black bean chili is our usual go-to for that. It used to be fish, but we don't tend to eat much of that anymore. I do like the sound of that buffalo chicken pasta, though!
