When I was younger I didn't eat breakfast. I just was never hungry in the mornings, but now I always make sure to eat something for breakfast. On weekdays I usually just have a Breakfast Essentials since I don't feel like heating something up. If I'm having breakfast with my mother in law and wife, we get McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A or donuts sometimes.

I don't eat breakfast, I do not feel hungry in the morning. I have not eaten a proper breakfast for ages. The last time I ate breakfast was when I was in my college.

It's said that we should eat a big breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner.

Through the week, I'll eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal.

On the weekends, we usually hit little diners and have a bigger breakfast before we go hike or bike - carb up!

I always aim to eat breakfast every day, as I feel it really does help you through the day and give you the energy you need. I tend to have either a bagel with a cup of tea and some fruit or porridge with fruit.

                I agree.

When I skip it, which is rare, I feel sluggish all day long even after I have lunch.

I have decided to skip breakfast and instead enjoy a late-morning meal that I like to call brunch. I usually have brunch around 9 or 10 a.m. This preference is largely inspired by health reasons, as I believe it suits my body better, and it also helps me save some money.

I think breakfast is unnecessary food. That's because when you wake up your body tries to release more energy by itself (without having you to eat anything).

There is a dieting system called Intermittent fasting. This method involves not eating for 16 hours and you will end up not eating breakfast. When you skip breakfast, your body will start using fats for energy which creates ketosis process.

No, the truth is that I don't have breakfast, I very rarely have breakfast, I don't do it because I don't like eating something in the morning, I'm more into not having breakfast and having dinner directly at noon.

I used to be like that when I smoked and drank soda.

After I quite those two, I developed a morning appetite.

My stomach will hurt if I don't eat something for breakfast now, but I do take a lot of vitamins which you're supposed to eat with.

I never thought that maybe it was because of that, but in the same way I'm used to living like this, I don't feel any kind of need to eat anything in the morning.
