Should people be biased toward performers due to their politics?

I really don't care if Ted Nugent is Republican and James Taylor and Bruce Springsteen are Democrats. I don't listen due to the politics.

I don't let political opinion dictate my life.

I'm more apolitical than anything else.

But if you boycott one side because of your beliefs, then you'll easily become biased and opinionated rather than factual because you're one-sided. Both sides or rather all sides have their good and their bad.

I don't think it's good business. Too many people over-emotional about politics these days. Of course, though, some performers, like Ted Nugent pretty much have political blood running thru them, so to tell them to not be political is telling them to not be who they are.
