I used to do when I was in my teens and early adulthood. Counting calorie was my favorite way to keep my weight controlled but these days I don't measure my calorie. I just try to focus on eating healthy food and eat smaller portions.
Counting calorie is one of the easiest ways to keep your weight under control without depending too heavily on exercise and extreme dieting. You can enjoy al kinds of foods, just need to remember that you eat in small portion.
Nah not really. I tried that whole calorie counting thing once but got tired fast 😅. Now I just eat when I’m hungry and try not to overdo junk. It feels more natural that way..

I fail most of the time because I choose junk.
I need to make better grocery buying decisions but sometimes junk is hidden in healthy clothing.
Example: Yoplait yogurt looks healthy but it's full of sugars and stuff that makes it very unhealthy.
