    What do you do to get rid of stress?

    Everyone gets stressed out at times, and everyone deals with it differently, how do you?
    • Phone Voice: Do you like scary movies?
    • Sidney Prescott: What's the point? They're all the same. Some stupid killer stalking some big-breasted girl who can't act who is always running up the stairs when she should be running out the front door. It's insulting.

    Hiking and cycling.

    I usually hike 2 days a week and bike 2 to 4 days a week.

    Outdoors is my stress relief, somewhere in nature

      I love listening to music and playing chess. They both take my mind away from whatever is stressing me and allow me the mental space and capacity to think of something different. Once I do, I find that whatever was stressing me might not be too bad after all.

        There are a lot of things that can help me relieve from stress. What I do depends on my mood. For instance, sometimes I go for a walking, and sometimes I start cooking and eating.

          Going out for a walk definitely helps. I'll also do some light reading to get my mind off of whatever's stressing me.

            I also like to walk. Walking is good for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

              Yeah, it does cover quite a few bases!

              I know someone mentioned listening to music, which I also like to do while walking. The combination is relaxing.

                I used to like listening to music when cycling on the highways. That's not really safe btw.

                Bow I bike primarily in nature settings. I like seeing and listening to nature so that has turned into my music.

                  I get involve with the activities that I enjoy doing to get rid of stress. For instance, I like playing video games, so when I get stressed out I play games. I enjoy walking and when I am stressed out I go for a walk

                      I don't like to hear music. There are many other ways to deal with stress. Praying and offering Salah is a great way to deal with stress. I usually listen to the recitation of Holy Quran and it is the best ay to deal with stress. Meditation is also a great way to deal with stress.
