Cotton ball diet? That sounds awful 😳. I can’t imagine trying that. The worst I’ve done was a juice-only diet. It lasted two days and I felt miserable. I don't think I can ever do that again.

Worst for me was liquid doing only those Ensure meal replacement drinks and nothing else.
