I’m not into gyms or heavy lifting, but I walk , cycle, and sometimes I do light home workouts just to keep myself active. When i go for a long walk, it clears my head better than therapy. Staying active doesn’t have to be intense as long as you move your body every day, it counts.

My weekly routine looks like this:
Monday I usually go road biking (about 20 miles)
Tuesday I do 10 minutes of Yoga (for stretching and joint health) and 10 minutes of strength training
Wednesday I either do a 5K or 10K trail run or 20 miles of gravel biking
Thursday I usually take a rest day
Friday I usually hike or do a short bike ride
Saturday and Sunday is usually longer strenuous hikesCheck out my other forums:
