Do You Have Budget-Friendly Meal Prep tips?

I like meal prepping on the weekends because I consider it the ultimate game-changer for staying on track nutritionally while keeping your hard-earned cash in your pocket.

Do you meal prep? If you do, please share your most creative, cost-effective strategies for preparing delicious, macro-friendly meals that are not too expensive.

I will start, smart grocery shopping and batch cooking can save both time and money.

Usually, we try to cook bigger meals, so we have a lot of leftovers. Spaghetti, chili, chicken/potato bake, etc.

I can eat leftovers until they're gone.

I don't like to waste anything.

My meal prep saves me a lot of money too. I usually just throw together rice, beans, and some veggies, and that helps me cover a few days. To be honest, I don't make it fancy at all, but it keeps me from ordering takeout when I’m tired.
