Exercise equipment

Do you own any exercise equipment?

If yes, what equipment do you own? How often do you use it?

I do not have any kind of exercise equipment, I have never thought about buying any exercise equipment. I think that is just unnecessary expenses.

Its kind of is unless you live in an area were going outside is hard, such as if you're a female and exercising alone is prohibited. Some countries do that you know. Everyone deserves to be healthy and in shape. Circumstances like that is where I see it necessary.

I just have one tiny pull-up bar on my doorframe.😂 I barely use it these days, unless I felt guilty about sitting too long. Though, I thought about buying more gear but it’d probably just gather dust because I rarely exercise.
