There is one food I will never tire of, and that is salmon sashimi. It is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help decrease the risk of heart disease. However, as we know, raw fish can have parasites that may cause illnesses, so I take care when eating salmon sashimi. I usually purchase it from reliable stores or restaurants whenever I crave it.
