Used to be a nightowl. Now I'm in bed by 2200 and up by 0600.

I get up about 0515 on the weekdays and usually 0630 to 0730 of the weekends unless we need to leave earlier for a bigger hike.

Always in bed anywhere from 2000 to 2300. Haven't seen midnight in years.

I'm a night owl, but it also depends if I have any plans or not. I like to stay up at night.

I don't really think I'm a morning person, however, I go to work early. I'm one of those people who would rather go into work early and get it over with so I can relax the rest of the day.

I'd don't want to get up and have time to dread going to work before work gets here. I also don't want to do stuff before my shift and get myself tired before I go into work.

I'm more of a night person because I don't usually sleep until it's around 2-3AM in the morning. It's why I work most times at night since I'm widely awake, let me use it for something useful.

That used to be me then I transitioned to day shift work and my whole system changed. Now I can't sleep during the day at all.

If I sleep during the day, it means that I'm sick. Even when I'm so tired, it's very difficult for me to sleep during the day. At some point, I feel my body works with sunlight 😂. It's only early in the morning I can sleep until around 8am. Once the sun is up, I'm done.
