Bybit was hacked of $1.46B Ethereum on 21st February 2025 by a suspect hacked called Park Jin Hyok. He's a member of North Korean Hacking Group and is currently wanted by the FBI.

Can't believe they figured out who did it. -
It was a shocking event that rocked the cryptocurrency world. They were bound to find out because that magnitude of hack can't be hidden.

According to reports, Buybit's javascript was replaced with malicious code. It was what enabled the hack to be carried out.
