What you can't go a day without?

I'm 100% certain that I can't go a day without using my smartphone. Let's not talk about food because someone can actually fast a while day without eating or drinking water, it's possible.

What's that one thing you would find it almost impossible to go a day without doing/using?

Coffee. If I don't get a cup of coffee, at least one, my day is ruined.

I can go without my phone.

Sometimes notifications seem to spiral out of control. When that happens, I turn off my smartphone, sometimes for days on end. It's quite liberating, actually.

But the one thing I can't imagine going without is my Nook. I tend to read a lot and it's incredibly convenient. Plus, it doesn't give me the headache that other devices do.

I could live without internet but it would be difficult.

I do go camping in the wilderness and don't have it for a few days. That's kind of nice. Unplug for a bit.
