I was born in Germany. Family migrated to the States when I was 8. I visited Viet Nam courtesy of our government 3 times in the early 70's. Been to Cuba, Mexico, Japan and Germany.
Planning a trip to Germany and the rest of Eastern Europe. My wife is from Poland. During the trip we are going to be looking for a place in Germany to live. My relatives are gathering info for us now. I'm a German citizen so moving back to the fatherland makes since.
My grandmother was born there. Her father was also born there and was Polish and German. The Gossman side of my family is German. My grandmother taught me every German cuss word I know LOL
Visiting Germany and Poland is definitely on my bucket list. I'd love to bike over there to be honest, have friends who have done it, and they really enjoyed it.
The USA is definitely exciting if you come here legally. There is a lot to do and it's not as violent as international media claims it is. Sure, people have guns. I have them. But we're not all running around shooting them like the wild west LOL
