I bought a new sports watch, and it records my sleep effort.

Today it rated me 72 out of 100 and called it fair. However, I only got 6.45 hours of sleep. Only 1.45 hours of deep sleep. I moved around about 47 times.

So, I'm excited to see what other nights result in.
