I have been bitten my own dog but it's not any serious bites. It's those small nibbles that doesn't do anything to you.

Although, I've been chased by a dog when I was a kid. It was a crazy experience that I won't forget in my life 😂

It never happened to me because I never had one. I also don't pet other's dogs to avoid being unfortunate.
