If you saw a dog locked up in a hot car

If you saw a dog locked up in a hot car with no one around and it looked sick from the heat, what would you do?

This is a very delicate situation because doing the right thing which is expected immediately will most definitely put you in some legal problem but that's what I'm going to do because my conscience will kill me if I let the die suffer one more minute in the car.

Yeah. I might call the police myself. If the dog was in a lot of distress, I might break the window just to give it air. Most people would likely just walk on by.

I’d break the window if they were in a hot car. If they were just anxious, that’s a different story.

This is how many people live their lives today, they simply don't care because it's not their problem. It's why the world is going to $hit a lot lately.

Or they would video with their phones and not do anything more, sadly.

This act makes me very sick. They do everything for likes on social media platforms. Care have been thrown to the wind by most people.

Yeah, too many people go to their phone anymore rather than try to act and stop something bad from happening.

They can't say that they're afraid. Recording with their phone creates evidence and invites trouble just as much as stepping in does.

I'd break the window and then call the cops.

This is a tough one as it would depend on the situation and how distressed the dog was, if I felt we could spare some time I would call the police but if I felt we couldn't then I would break the window and get the dog out to get some water.

I think we should at least call someone.

Depending on the situation which I found the dog to be in, if it's critical, calling someone and waiting for them to come will take longer thereby reducing the dog's chances of survival.

I will smash the windows to rescue the dog because if I call someone, it might be too late. I love dogs, and I will do everything in my power to save the one locked in a hot car. I will also report the owner to the authorities.

I have never been in this situation but I will rather call someone, especially law enforcement officer. I of course want to save animal but I also do not want to get into any kind of trouble.

If I saw the person locking the dog in the car, I would drag him or her to come and unlock the door or wind-down the glass.
