What is procrastination?

In short, it’s when you put something off multiple times until you’re at or even over your deadline to finish whatever that something is.

A lot of people do it. I’ve done it. I’m sure you’ve done it. Professionals do it all the time. Amateurs do it all the time. We all procrastinate at some point in our lives.

But the question is – why do we procrastinate, and how can we overcome it?
