I regularly take cold showers and ice baths. Cold showers are good for body's immune system. Apart from that, cold shower also increases body's endurance capabilities as well. Many people never take cold showers. Ice bathing or cold therapy also decrease inflammation as well.

I also like to take cold shower. In fact I take more cold showers than warm showers. Even in winter sometimes when I want to have a quick bath, I take cold showers.
