I have never taken ice baths and I do not know what the benefits of ice baths are, however, I would like to try it someday. Maybe this summer.

The biggest benefits are supposed to be for recovery and soreness from working out or doing hard labor jobs.

There are also some mental and well-being benefits of doing it, as well.
