I need to do more with my upper body. It gets no workout at all! And I really need to shed some stomach weight.
I walk three times a week, and I walk for 90 minutes in my each walking session. Walking is the only experience I do. I think this is the best exercise to do without tiring your body

Typically, though, if you do an exercise that tires your body, you can keep going to train your body.
I love to exercise. However, I am not exercising as of now. This is because I am dealing with other personal issues that I need to sort out. I am also quite busy nowadays. This is why I have to need extra time for exercising.
As for intensive workouts, I usually do this once in a while but I always ensure I go for morning walks every day. I usually walk for two hours or more each day.
