    How often do you exercise?

    How often do you all get to exercise?

    I try to exercise about 3 to 4 times a week.

    Usually, it's a couple days of cycling and a couple of days of hiking.

    My current routine: M/TH=squats, oh press, lat pulldowns. T/F=deadlift, bench press, cable rows. W/SA=rack pulls, dips, preacher curls. All done as a 3-way superset.

      Nice.

      I need to do more with my upper body. It gets no workout at all! And I really need to shed some stomach weight.

        I walk three times a week, and I walk for 90 minutes in my each walking session. Walking is the only experience I do. I think this is the best exercise to do without tiring your body

          Typically, though, if you do an exercise that tires your body, you can keep going to train your body.

            I love to exercise. However, I am not exercising as of now. This is because I am dealing with other personal issues that I need to sort out. I am also quite busy nowadays. This is why I have to need extra time for exercising.
